I’ve found the best way to raise my spirits is to stay motivated and busy with the activities I love. I’ve had to dedicate myself to just a few things, which means I’m more focused on the parts of my life that really matter. It’s allowed me to be closer to my friends and family and be healthier both physically and mentally. Still participating with the team virtually has also been great for bringing some normalcy back into my life and I have had the opportunity to contribute and learn so much about other aspects of the team!
